Law firms that want to be recognized by the Financial Times in its forthcoming North America Innovative Lawyers report have to submit by Friday, August 1 2014.
One important change this year: the awards have expanded to cover the whole of North America, so firms from Canada and Mexico are invited to submit along with firms from the USA.
Submissions guidelines with full details on the categories and how to submit are here.
Meanwhile the organizers of the award recently announced that they will hold the first FT Innovative Lawyers Awards event for North America on December 3 2014 at the New York Public Library.
Shortlisted firms will be notified in October 2014.
The North America FT Innovative Lawyers Report is now in its fifth year, with the last edition published in November 2013.
Separately, the Financial Times recently published the first edition of its new report covering legal innovation in the Asia-Pacific region.
Publication was marked by a 200-attendee event in Hong Kong on June 11 2014.
The report featured a series of law firm rankings of international firms with high levels of activity in the region, and those firms that originate in the Asia-Pacific.
